Orders & payment
An order becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. Prices include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.
Shipping
Most items are 3D-printed on demand; expect 1–3 business days production plus carrier transit time. We ship across the EU.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused stock items for a full refund. Custom prints cannot be returned unless defective.
Warranty & liability
We replace defective parts free of charge. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
